The Bobby Moore Statue

The statue was unveiled in April 2003.

It was sculpted by Philip Jackson and cost £725 000 to produce.
It
shows the then England captain Bobby Moore, holding up the Jules Rimet World Cup trophy in 1966. He is being hoisted aloft by fellow England & West Ham team mates; Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters, with Everton defender Ray Wilson (who also once played for West Ham).

Thanks to Kevin Hosking for providing the above photo.
